📦 Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline
- After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your Order ID and purchase details.
- If the confirmation email takes a little extra time, there is no need to worry — your order is confirmed as soon as the email arrives.
- Standard product orders are handed over to our courier partners within 5–7 business days after processing, checking & packing.
- Orders with embroidery, logo or customization may take up to 10 business days to process due to additional detailing and workmanship.
🧵 Customization & Logo Embroidery Policy
If you upload or request logo embroidery/customization:
- Our team will contact you to finalize logo details and inform you of the additional charges clearly.
- No additional cost will be applied without your approval.
- Customized, embroidered, name-printed or personalised orders cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances, as they are specially made for you.
We appreciate your understanding.
🚚 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
- Once dispatched, you will receive a separate shipping + tracking email.
- You can track the shipment through the link provided or by logging into your customer account.

Delivery time may vary depending on your pincode, courier load & serviceability.
⚠️ Unexpected Delays / RTO Handling
Sometimes, shipments may face delays due to courier issues, weather, festivals or logistical reasons.
In case the parcel gets RTO (Returned to Origin):
- It may take 10–15 days to reach back to our warehouse.
- Once we receive it, we will re-dispatch it to you again.
- Re-shipped delivery may require an additional 7–8 business days to reach you.
📌 Refunds are not applicable in RTO or delay cases.
Your product will be delivered — only patience is required during the extended timeline.
🚨 Lost Parcel / Shipping Partner Claim & Refund Policy
From the date your order is dispatched, if the shipment is not delivered to you within 45 days due to any issue, delay, or loss caused by the courier/shipping partner, we will raise an official claim with the shipping company on your behalf.
Once the claim is approved by the shipping partner, we will process a full refund of your order amount to you.
