Refund policy
Return & Exchange Policy
- Return or exchange requests can be raised within 7 days of delivery (applicable only for standard, non-custom products).
- A minimal logistics/handling fee will be charged for all return or exchange requests and must be paid by the customer.
- Once the product is picked up, it will undergo a quality inspection. The return or exchange will be processed only after the item passes the quality check.
Refund Deductions (Very Important)
- If a customer returns a product, the following deductions will apply:
- 4% Transaction Fees
- 5% GST
- Applicable logistics/handling charges
The remaining amount will be refunded after quality approval.
⚠ Important Notice
- Customized, embroidered, name-printed, or personalized products are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- These items are specially made for you; therefore, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Shipping, RTO & Delay Policy
- Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on courier service.
- Delays may occur due to logistics or courier issues.
If an order is RTO (Returned to Origin):
- It may take 10–15 days for the parcel to reach our warehouse.
- Once received, we will re-ship your order.
- Re-delivery may take another 7–8 days.
⚠ Refund will NOT be provided in cases of delay or RTO.
Your order will be delivered — patience is appreciated during the delay period.
💳 Prepaid Orders
- Returns & exchanges are accepted on prepaid orders (except customized items).
- Refunds will be processed within 5 working days after quality approval and will be issued after deducting logistics charges + 4% transaction fees + 5% GST.
🚫 Cash On Delivery (COD)
- COD is available only for non-customized products.
- Customized, embroidered, name-printed, or personalized products are NOT eligible for COD.
- For customized orders, payment must be completed online through secure payment methods.
🔴 Important COD Refund Policy
- In case of return or cancellation of a COD order, no cash or bank refund will be provided.
- The eligible refundable amount (after deductions, if any) will be issued only as Store Credit.
- Store Credit will be shared via email and can be used for future
- Store Credit is non-transferable and cannot be encashed.
🔁 Return Process
- Product is picked up and sent for quality inspection.
- After approval, refund will be processed within 5 working days.
- If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may self-ship the product.
- Refund will be initiated once the self-shipped item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection.
🔄 Exchange Process
- Exchange will be shipped only after the original item is received and quality-checked.
- If pickup is unavailable, you may self-ship the product.
- New item will be dispatched once the returned product is verified.
🚨 Lost Parcel / Shipping Partner Claim & Refund Policy
From the date your order is dispatched, if the shipment is not delivered to you within 45 days due to any issue, delay, or loss caused by the courier/shipping partner, we will raise an official claim with the shipping company on your behalf.
Once the claim is approved by the shipping partner, we will process a full refund of your order amount to you.
